Kate Banks has over 27 years of work experience in various roles within the HR field. Kate is currently the Chief People Officer at DAS UK Group, where they have been since June 2020. In their previous role as the Group Director of HR & Legal Services at DAS UK Group from November 2015 to April 2022, Kate played a key role in driving organizational development programs, enhancing compliance, and fostering employee engagement.

Prior to joining DAS UK Group, Kate served as the Group HR Director at Brightside Group Ltd from January 2014 to November 2015. Kate also worked as the HR Director at ING from June 2011 to June 2013, where they played an instrumental role in the sale of the business to Barclays and implemented a people strategy that aligned with ING's brand identity.

Before their time at ING, Kate held the position of HR Director Northern Europe at Invensys Rail from December 2008 to June 2011. During their tenure, they led a radical change program, redefined the company's footprint, and successfully negotiated with unions.
