Luc began their career in 1996 as a Major Account Manager and Colour Specialist at Xerox, where they achieved a top 5 national ranking in 97/98/99. In 2000, they moved to Oce Australia, A Canon Group Company, as a National and Global Account Manager Leader. In this role, they implemented account and sales strategies, resulting in a 150% increase in sales revenue and a 200% increase in margins. In 2012, they joined Canon Solutions America Inc. (formerly Oce North America) as a National and Strategic Account Manager LFS - Western Region. In 2017, they became a Strategic Account Manager - DSaaS Enterprise Solutions Hunter at Convergent, where they closed the first several NEW LOGO enterprise deals in the finance and retail vertical markets in record time. In 2019, they joined Eastman Kodak Company as a Strategic Account Manager-Kodak Software Division US-West-Tier One Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. During their time there, they closed in excess of $2.3M in cold start business, sold the highest dollar value and number of SaaS managed services deals globally for Kodak, refocused the entire western region team and increased the pipeline by 200%, and achieved Top Performer in net new Business written during the entire COVID downturn. Luc M. currently serves as Regional Sales Director at DAS42 since 2022.

Luc M. obtained a DUT in Business from Université Côte d'Azur between 1988 and 1991. Luc also holds certifications in the Challenger Sales Methodology, SPIN Selling, Situational Leadership 1 & 2, and Snowflake Sales Professional Accreditation.
