David Shin

David Shin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and investment roles across various industries. As the Vice President of Partnership Operations and a Board Director at Getlabs since April 2021, David contributes to a mission focused on enhancing access to diagnostics nationwide. Additionally, David serves as a Limited Partner at Dash Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm, and has been an angel investor in Marble, an insurtech startup acquired by The Zebra in 2024. Previously, David held the position of Investor at Rosecliff Ventures, where investments included prominent companies like Trust & Will and Mate Fertility. David co-founded and served as CEO of Ephemeral from 2014 to 2018, where innovative tattoo studios were established. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from New York University.
