Andre Aikens

Andre Aikens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andre is currently working as a Product Manager at Dash Hudson, starting in April 2023. Previously, they worked at Nest Wealth, where they held two roles: Senior Product Manager from September 2022 to April 2023, and Product Manager from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before Nest Wealth, Andre gained valuable experience at Deloitte Canada. Andre started as a Business Technology Analyst in May 2017 and worked their way up to Consultant until January 2021. In their role as Product Manager at Deloitte, Andre was responsible for leading the development of a customer service SaaS solution used by multiple client accounts and users. Andre also managed a team of developers and analysts and successfully orchestrated multiple product releases.

Prior to Deloitte, Andre founded and worked as a Product Designer at Limbic Inc. from May 2013 to May 2017. Additionally, they gained experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing as a Sawmills Process Improvement role at J.D. Irving, Limited in 2016.

Andre's work experience also includes a summer role at the University of New Brunswick's TME Summer Institute in 2015, where they developed skills in creating a viable business. Andre also had a mechanical engineering design co-op position at Bosch in 2014, working in the automotive electronics sector.

Throughout their career, Andre has demonstrated strong leadership, technical skills, and expertise in product management.

Andre Aikens obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick between the years 2012 and 2017. In 2016 and 2017, Andre was also a part-time metal arts student at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design. Additionally, Andre has obtained multiple certifications including the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources, SAFe Scrum Master, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification.
