Taylor Mooney

Taylor Mooney has a diverse work experience history. Their most recent role is as an Associate Product Manager at Dash Hudson since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked for the Government of Canada in various policy-related positions. From March 2020 to August 2022, they were involved in policy development at Fisheries and Oceans. From January 2018 to February 2020, they worked as a Policy Analyst for the Public Service Commission. Earlier in their career, Taylor worked at Memorial University of Newfoundland as a Research Associate at the Institute for Social and Economic Research from September 2016 to January 2018. They also briefly served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching a police studies course, from September to December 2017. Their work experience also includes a role as a Residential Support Worker at Greenfield House, a halfway house operated by the Salvation Army, from October 2014 to August 2015. In this position, Taylor provided support to individuals transitioning out of the federal correctional system through employment and housing search assistance, as well as caseload management.

Taylor Mooney received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Mount Allison University, graduating in 2014. They then pursued further education, completing a Master of Arts degree in Sociology at Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2015 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, Taylor also participated in an academic program at the University of Limerick in 2013.
