Gauri Phutane

Gauri Phutane is an accomplished professional in talent management and education, currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Management at Dasra since September 2025. Prior to this role, Gauri held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Teach For India from December 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included co-designing employer branding strategies and implementing customized sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Gauri also worked at Atma as an Associate Consultant and Associate from May 2018 to December 2021, coordinating partner NGO recruitment processes and organizing workshops. Gauri began involvement with Teach For India as a Fellow from May 2016 to April 2018, teaching English and Social Studies, and previously interned in Fellowship Recruitment. Gauri holds a Bachelor's of Commerce and a Master's of Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and the University of Mumbai, respectively.
