Darío Collado Caballero

Darío Collado Caballero is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Team Lead in Talent Management at the European Central Bank since September 2019. In this role, Darío leads a team dedicated to enhancing staff development through effective sourcing strategies, talent attraction, and performance management. With experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the ECB and previous roles at Banco de España, Correos, and idealista, Darío has demonstrated expertise in HR policy, strategic advice on workforce planning, and project management. Additionally, Darío contributes to academia as an Associate Professor at both Universidad Isabel I and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, teaching various HR management subjects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, complemented by advanced studies at IESE Business School.
