Diana Nguyen

Diana Nguyen is a Senior UX Researcher at DAT Freight & Analytics, with previous experience at Spruce and BD. Diana collaborates with stakeholders and designers to evaluate business goals, develop research plans, and ideate on design solutions. Diana has a strong background in conducting field studies, competitive analysis, heuristic reviews, and user interviews to understand user needs and workflows. Diana has a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction and a minor in Psychology from UC San Diego. Diana is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University.
