Emily Cid has a diverse work experience in the customer success field. Emily began their career at Trulia as an Account Executive from June 2012 to July 2013. Emily then joined Intuit and held various roles including Customer Success Manager from October 2014 to May 2015, Manager of Customer Success from May 2015 to June 2016, and Head of Customer Success at Demandforce from June 2016 to May 2017. Following that, they worked at BirdEye as the Director of Enterprise and Mid Market Customer Success from July 2017 to February 2018. Most recently, they joined data.ai as the Sr. Customer Success Manager for Enterprise from February 2018 to January 2020, and later transitioned to roles including Team Lead for Customer Success West from January 2020 to November 2020, Sr. Manager of Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success from November 2020 to August 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience and Advocacy since August 2022.

Emily Cid completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Emily later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech and Hearing Science at the University at Buffalo from 2009 to 2011. In July 2022, Emily obtained the Emerging Leader Ascent certification from Lead Belay.
