Vikas Malik

Vikas Malik has extensive work experience in customer support and services. Vikas is currently working as the Global Head of Customer Support at data.ai. Prior to that, they worked at GE Digital as the Senior Services Director for five years. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing strategic initiatives based on customer feedback and data. Vikas also tracked key performance indicators and took corrective actions to address any deviations. Before joining GE Digital, Vikas was the Vice President of Customer Support at NeuCo, Inc. Vikas joined the company during its initial start-up phase and built a customer-focused team that established a strong presence in the Power-Gen industry. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Customer Support and Services and later as the Manager of Technical Support/Customer Support Engineer at NeuCo, Inc. Prior to that, they gained experience in international project management and automation and control projects at Emerson Process Management and ABB respectively.

Vikas Malik completed their education in a chronological order. Vikas first attended NDMC Navayug School from 1983 to 1989 and obtained their High School degree. Afterwards, they enrolled at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. Lastly, they pursued an MBA in International Business Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills during the years 2004 to 2006.
