Eric Elmer has over 25 years of work experience. Eric began their career in 1994 at Gustafson-Lindberg Co. as an Administrative Assistant and Safety Compliance, obtaining a 120-hour OSHA certification and monitoring and promoting safety compliance standards. In 1997, they moved to StarNet, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative and Manager. In 2004, they joined StarNet/US LEC as an Inside Sales Manager. In 2007, they began working at PAETEC as an Account Support Manager. In 2011, they moved to Windstream Communications and held the same role, managing wholesale dial and VoIP services for an even larger customer base, administering account changes and billing issues, providing new customer onboarding/training, and allocating blocks of DIDs for resellers. In 2014, they worked as a contractor under Elmer Communications. In 2015, they joined Legacy Technology Services as a Strategic Solutions Manager. Finally, in 2018, they began working at Data Capture Solutions, Inc. as a Strategic Solutions Manager and Sales.
Eric Elmer attended Niles West High School from 1986 to 1990, and then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and English from the University of Iowa between 1990 and 1994.
