Eric Abbott

Eric Abbott leads the design, engineering, and product road map for DCS. As the Head of Engineering & Product Development, Eric has been a key figure on the leadership team since DCS’s inception. In that time, he has worked hand-in-hand with Fortune 500 companies such as Fidelity, Verizon Wireless, Charles Schwab and Exxon Mobil, developing unique fiber optic connectivity products and solutions specific to their data center infrastructure. Eric is an IT infrastructure and connectivity industry thought leader who brings more than 30 years of mechanical engineering experience, focused on rapid definition of customized solutions. In addition, his experience includes extensive knowledge in structured cabling, TIA and FCIA industry standards.
