Florian Ilia

Florin Ilia is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in software engineering, product development, and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Technology Officer at Data Dive Software since March 2021, Florin has developed a data-centric tool aimed at optimizing Amazon selling strategies. As Founder and CEO of White Sand SRL, Florin offers management and consulting services while managing projects in e-Learning and software development. Previously, Florin held roles such as Senior VP of Engineering and Operations at Crossover for Work and played a pivotal role in the growth of SIVECO Romania, holding various leadership positions, including President and CEO. Florin's foundational experience in programming began at the University of Bucharest, where a Master’s degree in Computer Science was obtained.
