Steve Furze has extensive experience in ticketing operations and management. Steve is currently working at Outbox Technology as the Product Lead, Europe, where they utilize their previous experience to understand clients' needs and provide solutions for improving their customer journeys.
Prior to this, Steve worked at the Rugby Football Union as the Senior Ticketing Manager from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for planning and delivering all England Internationals and RFU events, managing budgets, and driving efficiencies in ticketing functions.
Before joining the Rugby Football Union, Steve worked at Sports Travel & Hospitality (STH Group) as the Head of Ticketing. Here, they were responsible for strategic planning, revenue management, budget control, and event logistics for various projects such as ICC World Twenty20, Wimbledon, and UEFA Euro 2016.
Steve also worked as the Head of Ticketing for RTH - Rugby World Cup 2015 at Rugby Travel & Hospitality Ltd. In this role, they had overall responsibility for planning and implementing ticketing operations.
Additionally, Steve served as the Ticketing Manager for Prestige Ticketing during the Olympics London 2012 and as the Ticketing Manager for RTH - Rugby World Cup 2011 at Rugby Travel & Hospitality Ltd.
Their early work experience includes serving as the Ticket Office Supervisor at Twickenham Stadium for the Rugby Football Union and as a Ticketing & Administration Assistant at the Australian Rugby Union.

Steve Furze attended Bishop Perrin Primary School from 1985 to 1992. Steve then enrolled at Whitton Secondary School and completed their studies there from 1992 to 1997.
