Hocine Amrane

Hocine Amrane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hocine started their career at Orascom Telecom, Algeria, where they worked as a Training & Quality Insurance Specialist and later as a Corporate & VIP Back Office Senior Advisor. Hocine then moved on to Orascom Télécom Algérie, where they worked as a Business Development & Corporate Strategy Project Manager. Following that, they worked at ICOSNET as a Product & Services Development Manager, overseeing the entire product line life cycle.

Hocine then joined OUTER NORTH EAST LONDON JOINT HEALTH as an Admin and Project Support Officer, where they coordinated and managed training programs. Hocine later worked at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as an Education Coordinator, responsible for physician training requests and coordinating their attendance on courses.

In 2015, Hocine joined the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority as a Junior Scrum Master/PM, supporting business planning and project management functions. Hocine then moved on to Precedent, where they worked as a Scrum Master leading a multidisciplinary team in the Agile Scrum development of various projects.

Currently, Hocine is working at Data Impact by NielsenIQ as an Agile and Rollout Director, responsible for leading and overseeing agile methodologies and implementations. Overall, Hocine has gained valuable experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and team leadership throughout their career.

Hocine Amrane completed their education in a variety of fields. Hocine first obtained a BS in Scientific Baccalaureate from Omar IbnElkhatab in 1998. In the same year, they also pursued a degree in Graphic Design from the Algerian School of Arts, which they completed in 2000. Moving forward, from 1998 to 2001, Hocine attended the Management School of Algiers EcoFam, where they received a Degree in Marketing with a focus on Communication and Customer Care. In 2013, Hocine enrolled in London South Bank University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration, completing their studies in 2016. During their time at London South Bank University, they participated in a training program in Project Management at Civil Service Learning in 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they attended the International Summer School Norway Roros, where they received another Master's Degree in Public Administration. Hocine went on to gain several certifications, including the CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in 2017. Hocine also obtained certifications in SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist, AgilePM® (2014) Foundation, AgilePM® (2014) Practitioner, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) in the years 2016 and 2017.
