Xiaosu Wang has a diverse work experience in various industries and organizations. Starting in 2017, they served as a Trainee at the U.S. Department of Labor for five months. In 2018, they worked as a Business Information Intern at Taiwan Trade Center, Xiamen. In 2020, Xiaosu Wang was an intern at ENGIE, where they focused on Government Relations & External Affairs, monitoring policy changes and assisting with stakeholder meetings. They also interned at the United Nations ESCAP as an Economic Affairs Intern, contributing to SDG database building and drafting theme reports. In 2021, Xiaosu Wang was a Social Intelligence & Analytics Intern at Ipsos, working on projects related to public opinion analysis and consumer insights. They also served as a Fellow at Venture Avenue. In 2022, they interned as a Project Management Intern at Save The Children Foundation before transitioning to TPSF - TRAVAUX PUBLICS SANS FRONTIERES as the Responsable cellule recherche de financements et partenariats. In this role, they were responsible for project financing, organization fundraising, and communication. Most recently, Xiaosu Wang joined Data Impact by NielsenIQ as a Data Operations Specialist in 2023.

Xiaosu Wang graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations/International Politics from Xiamen University in 2019. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Washburn University, where they focused on political science.

In 2018, Xiaosu Wang attended a summer school program at Sciences Po, where they studied quantitative methods and the European Union at crossroads. They returned to Sciences Po for their Master's degree in International Development, which they pursued from 2019 to 2022.

Outside of their formal education, Xiaosu Wang obtained various certifications. In 2022, they obtained the "CERTIFICAT DE COMPÉTENCES DE CITOYEN DE SÉCURITÉ CIVILE – PSC 1" from Protection Civile Paris Seine. In 2020, they completed several online courses, including "SQL for data science," "COVID19 Data Analysis Using Python," "Python Data Structures," and "Introduction to Data Science in Python," offered by Coursera.
