Ubi (Ubiratan) Figueiredo

Ubi Figueiredo has extensive experience in sales and business development. Ubi (Ubiratan) started their career in 1980 as a Marketing Sales Representative at Dow Chemical. Ubi (Ubiratan) then worked at HONEYWELL as a Field Sales Engineer, where they were responsible for sales and technical consulting. In 1988, they joined Rockwell Automation as a Regional Manager, overseeing sales and providing technical consultation.

In 1996, Ubi joined Agilent Technologies as a Semiconductor Global Account Manager, managing sales of semiconductor capital equipment to global accounts. Ubi (Ubiratan) later joined Merck as a District Manager and Executive Senior Sales Representative, focusing on sales of ophthalmology and primary care products. At Advantest, Ubi worked as a Global Account Manager, responsible for sales of semiconductor automated test equipment and support services.

Ubi then moved to MTS Systems Corp, where they served as a Senior Sales, Product Application & Business Development Manager, with a focus on South and Central America. Currently, they are working at Data IO Corporation as the Director of Sales - Americas. In their role, they are responsible for managing and growing the sales and technical support organizations in Latin America and the Southwest USA regions.

Throughout their career, Ubi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Ubi (Ubiratan) has consistently achieved sales targets and has experience in cross-functional team management.

Ubi (Ubiratan) Figueiredo completed their high school education at Sharpstown from 1976 to 1979. Ubi (Ubiratan) then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Computer Science at Texas A&M University, graduating in 1984. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they earned an M.B.A. degree.
