Mallory Kola, PHR, SHRM-CP

Mallory Kola, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Mallory began their career in 2002 as a Ballet Dancer with American Repertory Ballet. In 2003, they worked as an Assistant (Seasonal) with Norris McLaughlin & Marcus. In 2007, they began working for Goucher College as a Human Resources/Payroll Assistant. Mallory then moved to Update Legal as an HR Generalist. In 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist for both Sheraton Baltimore North and Youth America Grand Prix, where they also assisted in the coordination of the largest international student ballet and contemporary dance competition. In 2011, they returned to Goucher College as an Associate Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist. In 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Manager for Data Networks.

Mallory Kola earned their B.A. in Psychology and Dance with a concentration in Arts Administration from Goucher College in 2007. Mallory attended Piedmont High School from 2000-2002 and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts from 1998-2000. In 2014, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2020, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
