Vasanthan R.S has a diverse work experience in the field of hardware design, industrial automation, embedded hardware development, space hardware development, and electrical systems. Vasanthan is currently working as a Hardware Design Engineer at Data Patterns (India) Public Limited since August 2021. Previously, they worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at the same company from August 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Industrial Automation Internship at Kondaas Automation Pvt Ltd in January 2020. Vasanthan also gained experience through internships in embedded hardware development at NSICLTD in May 2019 and in space hardware development at National Aerospace Laboratories in January 2019. Additionally, they completed an Electrical Systems Internship with Indian Railways in November 2017. Vasanthan R.S's work experience reflects their strong background in hardware design and development in various industries.

Vasanthan R.S pursued their education at National Engineering College from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Furthermore, in November 2021, they obtained a certification in Basics of PCB Design using OrCAD tool from Udemy.
