Robin Hill has a diverse work experience, with a focus on cybersecurity and sales. In 2000, Robin started their career in new business sales at Energis Squared. They then moved on to Boxing Orange, where they worked as a new business salesperson for three years. Afterwards, Robin joined Webscreen Technology as the VP of Sales, playing a crucial role in transforming the company into a profitable venture. In 2007, Robin co-founded RandomStorm, a specialist network security and compliance organization. They were involved in creating and building the company until 2015. The following year, Robin co-founded RapidSpike, a web service aimed at helping organizations with platform security, measurement, and monitoring. In 2014, Robin became a director at Sales Machine Consulting, where they helped small ambitious companies improve their sales performance. In 2015, Robin co-founded Data Protection People Limited, specializing in data protection and compliance. They later co-founded Pentest People in 2017, a specialist penetration testing organization. Recently, in 2021, Robin co-founded ShadowAPI. Their most recent role is as co-founder of DarkInvader, a continuous dark web and threat intelligence service. Robin has a strong background in sales and cybersecurity, with a focus on creating and scaling successful businesses in these fields.

Robin Hill attended Mirfield High School from 1987 to 1990. After completing high school, Robin went on to study Business and Finance at Huddersfield Technical College from 1990 to 1992. Robin then pursued a degree in Business and Marketing at the University of Northampton from 1992 to 1994, earning the qualification of HND. Finally, Robin obtained a BA Hons in Business Administration from The University of Huddersfield, completing the degree in 1995.
