Ksenia Yureva

Ksenia Yureva has extensive work experience in various roles. Ksenia worked as an HR Lead at DataArt starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Personal Coach since 2019, providing coaching support on career, business, life balance, and goal achievement. Ksenia also worked as a Career Expert at Careerum from 2021 to 2022, where they created coaching and training products, and provided expert reviews of marketing materials. Additionally, they worked as a Career Consultant at Antirabstvo from 2018 to 2019, assisting clients with career strategies and interview preparation. Earlier in their career, they served as a Human Resources Director at EFKO Group, where they managed recruitment services and developed the company's HR brand. Ksenia also worked as a Brand Manager at EFKO Group, overseeing projects for TV commercials, launching new products, and promoting brands.

Ksenia Yureva received an Engineer's degree in Biotechnical Engineering from Voronezh State Technical University in 2009. Ksenia went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biotechnical Engineering from the same institution between the years 2009 and 2012. In 2019, they completed a coaching program from Erickson Coaching International.
