Guilherme Aldighieri

Guilherme Aldighieri is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for LATAM at Databricks since September 2022, Guilherme previously held the position of Sales Director at VMware, managing large corporate accounts and leading a team focused on sales and business transformation. Prior to VMware, Guilherme worked at IBM, where responsibilities included leading the Latin America Cloud Sales Executive team and overseeing the Storage Business Unit in Brazil. Early career roles at EMC and Bozano Simonsen Bank involved leading sales divisions and financial services organizations. Guilherme holds an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ and an MBA in Finance from Ibmec.
