Nitin Arora

Nitin Arora is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in leading data engineering roles. Nitin began their career at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer in 2011 before transitioning to Shell in 2015. At Shell, they served as a Lead Data Engineer, taking on responsibilities such as mentoring and coaching data engineers, and working on data engineering projects utilizing various technologies. In 2021, Nitin joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Lead Data Engineer before moving to their current role as Lead data engineer at Databricks later that year.

Nitin Arora holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lovely profession University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Nitin then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their schooling at D.A.V public school, Haripura. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as DP-200 Implementing an Azure Data Solution from Microsoft in 2020 and IBM Certified Data Engineer - Big Data in 2002.
