Satish Mohan

Satish Mohan is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Databricks since June 2023. Previously, Satish held various leadership roles at Adobe from 2018 to August 2023, including Head of Engagement Marketing, where responsibility included the development of integrated marketing strategies that significantly impacted annual recurring revenue, and Director of Growth Strategy & Analytics, as a founding member of the Growth team. Prior to Adobe, Satish was the Head of Lifecycle Marketing at Uber, managing marketing operations during a period of rapid growth. Additional experience includes leadership positions at eBay, where Satish focused on CRM and marketing analytics, consulting at Mu Sigma, and early career roles at GE Money and Infosys. Satish holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
