Courtney Fabiano

Courtney Fabiano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney began their career as a Marketing & Advertising Intern at Strategis in 2013. Courtney then worked as an Account Coordinator at EF Education First from 2014 to 2016, where they achieved a Guinness World Record and made impactful changes to tour itineraries. Courtney then joined AvidXchange, Inc. as an Account Manager from 2016 to 2018, receiving awards for outstanding performance and representing the company at corporate culture events. Courtney worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bank of America from 2018 to 2018. Courtney then transitioned to Allied Reliability, where they served as a Senior Recruiter & Account Manager from 2019 to 2021, managing nationwide recruiting efforts and client relationships for Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing industry.
