Victoria Wallace

Victoria Wallace has been working as a Security & DevOps Engineer at Datactics since 2020. Prior to that, they were employed at Teleperformance from 2016 to 2020, where they worked as an NHSBT Advisor. In this role, they were involved in the account management of NHSBT and was a member of the Priority Blood Group Team, managing stock levels and urgent requests for those suffering from anaemia, sickle cell anaemia, Thalassaemia and other traits. Additionally, they were involved in the convalescent plasma trials which took place between 2019 and 2020 as a possible treatment to help those suffering from COVID-19 recover.

Victoria Wallace's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Ulster University from 2017 to 2020, an OCR Level 3 IT Diploma from Belfast Metropolitan College from 2020 to 2022, and GCSE and A-Levels from Glenlola Collegiate School from 2008 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Cisco Networking Academy, as well as the European Computer Driving Licence in 2014.
