Michał Wazgird

Micha Roon is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where the focus is on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape by promoting dynamic and reliable development processes. Prior roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge. Micha has contributed to various technology initiatives, including advisory roles with the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, along with technical development at Sweetbridge and SwissBorg. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and advanced studies in fintech at MIT.
