Gil Shekel

Gil Shekel has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Theirwork experience includes roles such as Testing Engineer at Comverse Technology, Inc., Staff System Engineer at NDS Limited, Staff System Engineer, SPVSS at Cisco Systems, Senior QA Engineer at Kaltura, Lecturer at SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, Quality Assurance Lead at LeasePilot, and currently, QA Automation Team Lead at Datagen. Additionally, they are a Member of the Advisory Board at ITCB - Israeli Testing Certification Board.

Gil Shekel studied Political Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1996 to 2000, earning a BA. Gil then returned to the same university from 2005 to 2010 to pursue a MA in Philosophy of Science. In addition, Gil Shekel holds certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board, including Certified Tester, Advanced Level, Test Management and Certified Tester, Foundation Level.
