Shir Guterman Ramot

Shir Guterman Ramot has a varied work experience. In 2013, they began working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Ministry of Transportation, where they were responsible for the supervision and tracking of processes related to The Minister of Transportation's instructions for local and regional authorities. In 2014, they moved to Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation as a PMO & Advisor to the CEO, where they were responsible for defining strategy and policy within the company's fields of activity, supervision of planning, execution and overseeing of projects, and initiation of new projects to support growth objectives. In 2018, they moved to Paz Group as a Project Manager, where they managed strategic complex projects in the field of Urban Planning, smart mobility, transportation, infrastructure and urban renewal for customers from private and public sectors. In 2020, they began working at Lime as a Business Operations Manager. In 2022, they moved to Datagen as a Director of Business Operations and Senior Business Operations Manager. Finally, in 2023, they joined RevOps Co-op as a Member.

Shir Guterman Ramot completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, Shir earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2011 and 2014.
