Marcus currently serves as the Chief Privacy Counsel for Argo Group. Previously, he served as the Former Chief Privacy Officer at eBay Inc., responsible for the privacy at all eBay Inc. companies, including eBay Marketplaces, StubHub, and eBay Classifieds Group. Lead eBay Inc's GDPR Gap and readiness assessment, and designed and implemented its GDPR compliance program. He is also a 17-year attorney in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
