Alicia diVittorio has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing, corporate communications, and public relations. Alicia is currently serving as the VP Marketing (Fractional) at OpsHelm, Inc., starting in August 2022. Before that, they worked at DataGrail as the Comms & Corporate Marketing Lead (Fractional), where they oversaw various initiatives such as PR, AR, thought leadership, communications, and content marketing from February 2019 onwards. Alicia also has experience as a Fractional Marketing Leader, Corporate Marketing, Content & Communications Strategist at DiVittorio Consulting, starting from May 2017.
In their previous roles, Alicia worked as the Head of Corporate Communications at Carbon Black, Inc. from February 2016 to May 2017. Alicia was hired to revitalize the content, brand, and communications practice. Before that, they served as the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications at Lookout, starting in August 2010 and leaving in January 2016. During their tenure at Lookout, Alicia played a vital role in growing the marketing communication practice and overseeing global corporate & product PR programs, analyst relations, content marketing, government affairs, and internal communications.
Prior to Lookout, Alicia worked as the Director of Public Relations at Rearden Commerce from July 2008 to August 2010. Alicia also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Spark PR from March 2005 to January 2008, where they served as the primary client contact on multiple accounts, provided strategic counsel, developed communications plans, and managed teams. Alicia has also worked as a Consultant for Technology PR in 2008 and an Intern at Edelman from 2004 to 2005.
Alicia's earlier work experience includes their role as an Operations Coordinator at The Parker Company from March 2004 to September 2004. In this position, they were responsible for developing promotional materials, assisting clients, and ensuring quality control of distributed documents.
Alicia diVittorio obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Brandeis University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
