Peter Bernard

Peter Bernard is the current Chairman & CEO at Datagration. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at Conquest Completion Services, LLC from November 2017 to August 2020. Peter also served as a Board Member at RS Energy Group from January 2016 to February 2020, where they participated in board meetings quarterly, monthly business calls and reviews, and provided technical input on software and strategy. In addition, they were a member of the audit committee. From November 2015 to February 2021, Bernard served as the Chairman of the Board at Rubicon Oilfield International, where they oversaw board meetings, engaged with management team on strategy, compensation, safety, financials, and M&A. Bernard also served as the Executive Chairman at C&C Reservoirs from September 2014 to October 2017, where they were responsible for strategy development, software development input and review, management oversight and reviews, and M&A and divestment direction. In addition, Bernard has held the title of Sr Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC from June 2014 to January 2021, and Former Executive Chairman at Tendeka from March 2011 to August 2016. Peter also served as a Board Member at US Silica. Lastly, Bernard served as Sr VP Business Development at Halliburton Services from January 2006 to December 2008.

Peter Bernard studied Petroleum Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Peter then went on to work in the field of Petroleum Engineering.
