At DataHawk, our mission is to accelerate the business performance of brands, sellers, and digital agencies on e-commerce marketplaces.

In more concrete terms, we support brands, sellers, and agencies that navigate the competitive world of e-commerce to increase their profitability (top and bottom line) and develop their awareness. To do so, we built a robust and smart marketplace analytics solution that provides our customers with ready-to-use, and fully customizable KPIs and dashboards. It automates data collection, simplifies data management, and integrates seamlessly with major business intelligence (BI) tools, such as PowerBI, Google Sheets, Tableau, and more. Since 2017, we have helped hundreds of brands increase their revenue by an average of 130%.

DataHawk was launched in late 2017 originally as a side business by Isaac DUPLAN, Sylvain PAGET, and Othmane SGHIR and was bootstrapped for two years until the summer of 2019. We then raised a financing round of $1M in June 2019 and $7M in June 2021, which helped us grow the team.

Beginning 2024, we're a team of 15+ Hawkers divided into 3 departments - Go-to-Market, Operations, and R&D - based in France, the United States, Senegal, and Morocco.   The recipe to join DataHawk? 💎 Who We Are Looking For

In a context of growth and important transformation - from SMB to Mid Market and Enterprise Business - DataHawk's Sales team is looking for a new recruit to accelerate the company's revenue and awareness around the world. As Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive, you will work with Othmane (COO) and Michel (CEO), and manage the different phases of the sales cycle - from prospection to closing and handover to CSM - to sell DataHawk's unique value proposition to Amazon/Walmart resellers, brands, sales aggregators, and agencies.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

  • Be able to sell DataHawk's value proposition with full autonomy, and reach - or exceed! - your quota
  • Engage in direct sales highlighting the case for change - why DataHawk and why now - to DataHawk's solution
  • Qualify leads' and customers' needs, challenges, and expectations
  • Build a sales cycle strategy in a proactive way, including demos, quotes, business proposals, and closing strategies
  • Become an expert about the product, every use case, and how it solves our customers' problems
  • Engage with prospects to understand and analyze their requirements and communicate them to Pre-Sales and product development teams
  • Evaluate prospects' potential ROI when using DataHawk's products and services
  • Develop clear written proposals including value, sales quotes, and ROI projections
  • Be responsible for closing the sale, setting the implementation timeline, and following up on the agreed timeline
  • Efficiently drive a pipeline at short, mid, and long term, with excellent forecast accuracy
  • Proactively complete DataHawk CRM (Salesforce) to give visibility on your sales cycles
  • Represent DataHawk at conferences, events, and trade shows
  • Identify attractive advertising channels, strategic partners, and PR tactics to increase DataHawk's awareness

  • Must-haves

  • You have strong B2B sales experience within SaaS, Data, or Analytics industries

  • You are 100% fluent in English - if you're native is a real plus -

  • You are definitely customer-driven

  • You have a good knowledge (or a huge passion) of the eCommerce industry

  • Exceptional proven sales success working in person with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders

  • CRM use skills (Salesforce is a plus)

  • You are a team player and you proactively build relationships with your colleagues to update them on activities

💸 Comp Package

  • Contract Type: Full-Time (CDI)

  • Salary/OTE: 90,000€ to 110,000€ depending on profile
