Ardith Daly

Ardith Daly is currently an Academics Program Specialist at Dataiku. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Client Experience Manager (Customer Success) at Aduro from October 2015 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all Account Manager responsibilities, plus working cross-functionally with teams such as Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Product in order to execute on client deliverables, coordinating the internal employee well-being program, and managing the development and revision of the Client Experience team onboarding and training curriculum. Ardith also advised senior leadership and DE&I colleagues on organizational Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

Before their time at Aduro, Ardith worked as an Academic Adviser & Transfer Outreach Coordinator at the University of Washington from September 2013 to October 2015. In this role, they advised students on their course of study, career options, academic planning, and degree requirements. Ardith also served as a subject matter expert for prospective and new public health majors regarding admission and degree program requirements, presented informational sessions and group advising sessions, and identified opportunities for students to achieve their leadership, honors, research, experiential learning, and academic goals. Additionally, Ardith coordinated with other university advisers and local two-year college staff to develop transfer student pathways and relationships.

Ardith Daly has a Master's Degree in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Essentials from Cornell University. Ardith is also certified as a USAW Level 1 Coach from USA Weightlifting and as a Dataiku Core Designer from Dataiku.
