David Behar

David Behar is a senior data scientist who currently works in financial services at Dataiku. Prior to this, they worked as a lead data scientist for Mosaic Finance and AlephD. David has also done credit structuring intern for BNP Paribas. David has a wide range of skills including analyzing data, developing prediction engines, designing web apps, and leading teams. David is an expert in using machine learning techniques such as Kernel PCA, Kernel regression, and LASSO regression. David is also skilled in mining geolocalized tweets using Spatial Latent Dirichlet Allocation.

David Behar's educational career began with him attending preparatory classes at Lycée Saint Louis. David then went on to study at Ecole Nationale Des Ponts Et Chaussées (ENPC) where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Human Sciences, Economy, Management and Finance. Finally, they attended Columbia University where they obtained a MS in Financial Engineering.
