Nate Phelps

Nate Phelps serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Dataiku since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nate held multiple leadership positions at Criteo from August 2016 to December 2021, including Head of People Transformation & Operations, Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, and Director of Talent Acquisition APAC, overseeing talent acquisition strategies and operational enhancements across various regions. Previous experience includes roles at SapientNitro in talent acquisition leadership across the UK and APAC, and at Fairfax Media, where Nate managed recruitment and remuneration for various divisions. Early career stages included recruitment roles at EDS and Aquent. Nate holds a BA in French from the University of Lausanne and a combined LLB/BA in Law and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
