Nicholas Bakelas

Nicholas Bakelas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Nicholas started their career in 2013 at RB, where they served as a Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support and managing hardware. Nicholas later transitioned to the position of Junior Business Analyst, working on optimizing business processes and implementing new systems. As a Business Analyst, they supported Microsoft SQL servers, developed and modified packages and reports, and worked with financial planning applications.

In 2014, Bakelas became self-employed, operating an eCommerce business on platforms like eBay and Amazon. Nicholas successfully grew the business to generate a steady monthly gross revenue of $3500. Nicholas handled all aspects of the business independently, including accounting, inventory management, ordering, shipping, and customer service.

In 2016, Bakelas joined Centerfield Insurance Services (formerly Datalot) and gradually advanced in roles. Nicholas started as a Data Analyst, analyzing and interpreting data. Subsequently, they became a Data & Analytics Manager, overseeing data processes and strategies. As a Senior Director of Data & Analytics, they played a leadership role in driving data-driven decision-making. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Analytics, utilizing their expertise to contribute to the company's success.

Throughout their career, Bakelas has demonstrated their proficiency in analytics, business optimization, technical support, and entrepreneurial skills.

Nicholas Bakelas completed their high school education at Morris County Academy for Mathematics, Science, and Engineering from 2005 to 2009. Nicholas then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computational Mathematics at Virginia Tech from 2009 to 2013.
