Ramakrishnan Selvam

Ramakrishnan Selvam has worked in three companies, beginning with DataLyzer International Inc. in 2015. At DataLyzer, they held the roles of Lead-Projects, System Analyst, Senior Quality Analyst, Senior Test Engineer, and Test Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for project delivery excellence, cross-functional team management, US-India stakeholder management, analysis, design, implementation, UAT testing, maintenance of various applications, and vendor management. Ramakrishnan also had experience with the concepts of SDLC, release management, configuration management, problem management, and agile methodology.

In 2013, Ramakrishnan Selvam began working at Barclays UK as a Process Expert-SME. Theirrole included UAT testing for the RTAM and RTPO projects across Barclays operation area, using NICE Back Office Product Suite. Ramakrishnan also performed regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Ramakrishnan Selvam's first job was at HDFC Bank in 2011, where they held the role of Junior Officer. Theirduties included managing sub-processes within Cards Operations, handling escalated queries, verifying customer data, and providing accurate and timely resolutions.

Ramakrishnan Selvam completed their High School from Sri vidya mandir matriculation Hr sec school in 2004, majoring in Maths & Biology. Ramakrishnan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Bishop Heber College, which they completed in 2007. After that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in System & Marketing from SRM University in 2009.
