Catalina Graziano

Catalina Graziano's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Customer Success Associate at Dataminr, where they help clients utilize AI solutions to detect high-impact events and manage crises effectively.

Prior to that, Catalina served as an Army Officer for the Minnesota National Guard starting in November 2019.

Catalina also worked as an Elections Assistant at Hennepin County in 2020, where they assisted with administrative tasks, data collection, and providing customer service for local, state, and national elections.

Before that, Catalina was a Resident and Real Estate Services Intern at Hennepin County from January 2020 to June 2020, where they provided administrative support and helped establish a Student Election Judge Program.

Additionally, they worked as a Visitation Staff member at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from November 2016 to January 2020, facilitating campus tours and meetings with prospective students.

Catalina's experience also includes a role as a Total Rewards Associate at Lockton Companies in 2019, where they focused on employee benefits packages and benchmarked industry policies and practices.

Lastly, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Fraser in 2017, assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding new employees.

Catalina Graziano has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, which they completed from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they also attended Sciences Po for a short period, where they studied French and History. In addition to their formal education, Catalina has obtained several certifications, including CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross in February 2023, Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online in February 2023, and Data Analytics from Normandale Community College in December 2022.
