Lindsey Johnson

Lindsey Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lindsey is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Marketing at Dataminr. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager, leading the North America Recruiting Operations PMO and developing new reporting tools for leadership. Lindsey also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Worldwide Operations at Amazon.

Before joining Amazon, Lindsey was the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at United Airlines, where they built a global recruiting team and implemented standardized recruitment processes across 55 countries. Lindsey also worked as the Global Recruiting Manager at Abt Associates, leading a team of 15 and partnering with the International Development Division to win new business.

Lindsey has entrepreneurial experience as well, having co-founded and served as the COO of Thirty-A Threads, a start-up apparel company. Lindsey led sales, marketing, and business operations and expanded the business to 11 states and 100+ retail locations.

Lindsey'sprevious experience includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Officer at International Relief and Development (IRD)/Blumont, a Manager in the Asia & South Asia Regions at Chemonics International, and a Recruitment Team Lead and Operations Specialist at USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI).

Lindsey's early career includes serving as the Development Director on the Board of Directors for RPCV/W- Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Washington, DC and working as an Eco-Tourism Advisor for Peace Corps Philippines.

Overall, Lindsey Johnson has a strong background in talent acquisition, program management, and global recruiting, with extensive experience in various sectors and international settings.

Lindsey Johnson holds a Master's degree in Asian and Pacific Studies from The Australian National University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Administration from the University of Central Florida.
