Cristina Dege

Cristina Dege began their work experience as a Cashier at Harris Teeter in 2002 and later served as a Customer Service Assistant, Store Accountant, and Assistant Customer Service Manager. Cristina then worked at BB&T, initially as a Bank Teller, later becoming a Universal Banker and Teller Supervisor. Cristina joined TC's of Durham in 2016, where they worked as a Manager overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team of 40+ employees. In 2020, they transitioned to Carol Woods Retirement Community as a Dining Services Coordinator, responsible for supervising wait staff, managing the kitchen staff, scheduling, hiring, and providing constructive criticism. Currently, they are a Junior Software Engineer at Datamura Solutions, starting their role in 2023.

Cristina Dege holds a Full stack web development certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Arizona State University. Cristina also obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Alamance Community College. In addition to their formal education, Cristina has obtained additional certifications, including the Coding Full Stack Boot Camp from UNC-Chapel Hill Digital and Lifelong Learning and the Food Safety Manager Certification from North Carolina State University.
