Matanya Gutman

Matanya Gutman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matanya started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as an Army Combat Officer, where they successfully planned and executed projects and led teams. After completing their military service, Matanya worked as a Project Manager in a Private Security Consulting Company.

In 2018, they joined the Israel Ministry of Finance as a Data Analyst, where they analyzed wage data for the public sector and provided valuable insights to stakeholders. Matanya also collected and structured data from government organizations for future analyses.

In 2020, Matanya transitioned to a Business Analyst role at BDO Israel, where they utilized their analytical skills to drive business decisions.

Matanya then joined Datarails, initially as a Customer Success Specialist, where they focused on customer satisfaction and support. Subsequently, they became a Product Manager and played a crucial role in building the company's first PM team and establishing working processes. Matanya's contributions led to the company raising a significant funding round and increasing its customer base.

Currently, Matanya serves as the Product Team Lead at Datarails, leading the PM team and overseeing UX improvements and core logic enhancements. Matanya also implemented a sprint-based development cycle that reduced lead time and improved stakeholder communication.

Matanya Gutman attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy. In May 2020, they obtained two additional certifications: "Business Analysis Foundations" and "Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Essential Training" from LinkedIn.
