Eilís Delany

Eilís Delany is a Principal UX Researcher at DataRobot, responsible for scaling the UXR practice, driving research initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior UX Researcher at MetaLab, where Eilís led research for Series A and B clients across multiple industries, and as UX Research Lead at Ericsson, contributing to product strategy and conducting user research within design systems. Eilís co-founded Project Éire to support local businesses during the pandemic and has held positions at Fjord and Clickworks, focusing on innovative research projects and client engagement. Eilís holds a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from Technological University Dublin.
