Nilesh Patel

Nilesh Patel is the current Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at DataRobot. Nilesh has also previously served as the VP Corporate Controller at Imperva from August 2017 to June 2020, and as the Corporate Controller at Twitter from November 2011 to July 2014.

Patel has extensive experience in leading financial teams and operations. At Imperva, they were responsible for managing tax audits in Israel and VDA/SALT compliance. Nilesh also led the successful implementation and adoption of ASC 606. At Twitter, they led the team that prepared the company for its IPO filing. Nilesh also redesigned the Order to Cash architecture to address the unique requirements of the on-line advertising industry and expand Twitter's global footprint to 14 countries.

Patel is a highly skilled accountant with a proven track record of success in both public and private companies. Nilesh has a deep understanding of the complexities of global expansion and is an expert in implementing new accounting systems and procedures.

Nilesh Patel is a CA (Chartered Accountant) from ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). Nilesh has a B. Eng. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Nilesh Patel reports to Debanjan Saha, Interim CEO. They work with Jennifer Hewlette - Interim Chief Marketing Officer, Sirisha Kadamalakalva - Chief Strategy Officer, and Brian Brown - VP, Legal.
