Rob Caulfield has extensive experience in business development, particularly in the field of Information Technology staffing. Rob started their career at Elite Personnel in 1994 as an Account Executive before moving on to Robert Half Technology in 1996 as a Division Director. In 1999, they became the President of World Key Consulting and held the position until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Caulfield worked as the Director of Business Development at HireNetworks. Rob then joined Infosystems Technology Inc. in 2011 as a Business Development professional. Currently, Caulfield serves as the Director of Business Development at DataStaff, Inc. where they have been since 2013. DataStaff, Inc. is a contract professional services organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina and is recognized as one of the leading Information Technology Staffing Companies in the South East.

Rob Caulfield attended Calvert Hall College High School from 1983 to 1987, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 1987 to 1991, they studied at Elon University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management.
