Cory Bradley

Cory Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2006, Cory worked as a Freelance Campaign Illustrator and Media and Public Relations specialist at Dylect Marketing Cooperation. In the same year, they also served as the Creative Lead and Graphic Designer at Garbege Urban Clothing Company.

From 2007 to 2013, Cory joined Apple, where they worked as an Apple Genius, providing hardware and software support. They were also involved in training, mentoring, and conducting creative workshops during their time at Apple.

After leaving Apple, Cory worked as an IT Support Specialist at Linde Group, specifically for the software company Zendesk. They handled incoming tickets from employees globally and also maintained live documentation for inventory management.

In 2014, Cory served as a Desktop Administrator at Lyve Minds, Inc., addressing and resolving IT issues for employees. Later that year, they joined McCann Worldwide as a Helpdesk Analyst, assisting in the customization of the Zendesk platform and maintaining security compliance standards.

In 2018, Cory became the Lead of Corporate Technology at WeWork, where they supported the technology needs of corporate employees. They were responsible for managing, coordinating, and running new hire orientations.

In 2020, Cory joined Better as an Information Technology Team Lead, providing support and guidance to the IT team. Moving on, they worked at Plastiq as a Staff IT Support Engineer, involved in managing user access, permissions, and licenses across multiple business applications. They also played a key role in company acquisitions and implementing Okta provisioning.

Currently, Cory is working at DataStax as an IT Specialist.

Cory Bradley completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts at Ringling College of Art and Design from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued Graphic Design at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, Cory has obtained the certification of Apple Certified Technician and Jamf Casper Certified Technician (8/20).
