Thomas Considine

Thomas Considine has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Thomas is currently working as an Astra DB Account Executive at DataStax, where they mobilize real-time data for enterprises and builds high-scale applications using Apache Cassandra and Apache Pulsar streaming technology.

Prior to joining DataStax, Thomas worked at Oracle from 2018 to 2023. As a Regional Sales Director of Cloud Applications, they focused on selling Oracle's core technology products to named accounts in the Boston Area. Thomas also served as a Technology Platform Manager, expanding Oracle's footprint within existing customers and engaging new accounts.

Before Oracle, Thomas held the position of VP of Sales US at Every Angle US from 2016 to 2018. Thomas helped organizations improve the performance of their SAP-enabled businesses by utilizing Every Angle's software solutions.

Thomas also worked at MicroStrategy as an Account Executive from 2015 to 2016, where they sold Business Intelligence and Mobile platforms to enterprise accounts in the New England region.

From 2011 to 2015, Thomas held multiple roles at Oracle, including Regional Sales Manager for Oracle Business Intelligence & Analytics, Senior Oracle Consulting Sales Representative for Enterprise Healthcare, and Hyperion & BI Analytics Consulting Account Manager. In these roles, they were involved in selling Oracle's integrated business software and hardware systems to a variety of customers worldwide.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as an Account Manager for RatePoint, Inc. Thomas also served as a Mathacad Account Manager at EAC Product Development Solutions (PTC Reseller) and was a Mathcad Sales Rep at Parametric Technology Corporation.

Overall, Thomas has gained extensive experience in sales, account management, and technology solutions throughout their career.

Thomas Considine attended Notre Dame High School in West Haven, CT, from 1998 to 2001. Thomas did not obtain a degree or have a field of study during this time. Subsequently, they enrolled at Providence College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public and Community Service from 2001 to 2005.
