Luciana Lopes serves as the Head of People & Culture at Datatem since October 2022, leading initiatives in telecommunication services management. Concurrently, Luciana has been involved with LTalents since September 2019, focusing on talent acquisition within technology and strategic business roles. Prior experience includes holding the Head of People & Culture position at Materialize and serving as a Talent Acquisition IT Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed employer branding and the development of innovative recruitment strategies. Luciana's background also features roles in talent attraction at Paraná Banco S/A and Grupo Inlog, along with experience as an HR Analyst at BHS Corrugated South America.
