Brian Pauls

Brian Pauls is an experienced customer success manager currently at Datavail, supporting clients with managed database services since November 2021. Additionally, Brian serves as a publisher for Far Eon Media, focusing on science fiction literature. Previously, Brian founded Cloudessy, acting as a virtual CTO to assist organizations in transitioning to cloud computing. Brian's extensive background includes roles as a vCTO at Umbrella Managed Systems and as a system engineer at Menlo, where Brian provided advanced Microsoft Windows Server support. Leadership experience includes managing the managed services department at Choice Solutions and leading a team as a Cisco CME engineer at GDH. Brian's career began at PNC, where responsibilities included network management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bethel College-North Newton.
