Gloria L. is a seasoned professional in customer success and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at DataVisor since August 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Technical Account Manager. Prior to DataVisor, Gloria worked at Alibaba Group in risk strategy and held the position of Manager of Fraud Analytics at Scotiabank. Gloria also gained experience as an Analytics Specialist focused on risk analytics and retail lending insights at CIBC. Gloria holds a degree from the University of Toronto, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017.
